SPAIN Local routine reports are not issued. Local special reports are not available. Wind shear observed warnings are not issued according to Table A6-3 ("Template for Aerodrome Warnings").
UNITED KINGDOM Windshear warning messages are given in the arrival and departure ATIS broadcasts in one of the three formats: "Windshear Forecast" (WSF) - when the meteorological conditions indicate that low level windshear on the approach or climb-out (below 2000ft) may be encountered. b. "Windshear Forecast and Reported" (WSRF) - as above, supported by a report from at least one aircraft of windshear on the approach or climb- out within the last hour. C. "Windshear Reported" (WSR) - when an aircraft has reported on the approach or climb-out within the last hour, but insufficient meteorological evidence exists for the issue of a forecast of wind shear. Vertical visibility is not measured in the UK. In the UK when the sky is obscured "W///" is reported in lieu of cloud information.

National Differences to ICAO Annex 3 - Europe ALBANIA Wind shear warnings can be issued by using forecast data, no detection of (observed) wind shear below 1600ft is currently possible. Meteorological information for use by aircraft in flight is not provided. No VOLMET/D-VOLMET implemented. AUSTRIA Table A6-1B, In Austria special air reports correspond to aircraft type instead of aircraft identification. Furthermore, some additional abbreviations and combinations are used to express the elements "location" and "level" in Austrian special air-reports to enable the adequate expression also of an area (if the phenomenon is reported by a couple of aircraft) or a straight line (as part of the flight track) additional to a single point and a range of altitudes or a combination of altitude and flight level additional to a single altitude, single flight level or range of flight levels if so reported by a pilot or an aircraft. For routine reports from aeronautical meteorological stations not located at international airports the following applies: a. Instead of the ICAO location indicator the station index number (lliii) is used by stations not located at an aerodrome. b. The term CAVOK is not used. CROATIA
At Zagreb (Franjo Tudman), Split (St Jerome), Pula, Dubrovnik (Rudjer Boskovic), Zadar (Zemunik), Rijeka (Krk Island), Osijek (Klisa), Losinj Island (Losinj) and Brac (Brac I), aerodrome forecasts in TAF form are prepared and disseminated nationally and internationally. Landing forecasts (TREND) are issued for Zagreb (Franjo Tudman), Split (St Jerome), Pula, Dubrovnik (Rudjer Boskovic) and Zadar (Zemunik) during aerodrome working hours. AUTOMETAR reports are generated and disseminated outside aerodrome service hours as follows. The content of these reports will include all meteorological parameters which are part of METAR except: no cloud type will be reported (TCU, CB); no supplementary information on WS and SNOWTAM will be reported; if the system has not detected any clouds, instead of using NSC (no significant cloud) the abbreviation NCD (no cloud detected) will be used. SPECIALLY PREPARED WINTER RUNWAY (SPWR) OPERATIONS Croatia has no Specially Prepared Winter Runway (SPWR) approval for any of its airports.
