  1. HYD : Fluid quantity. A slight decrease in quantity is normal. Fluid contraction during cold soak can be expected. After landing gear retraction, the indicated fluid quantity of the green system is higher than on ground.
  1. Green system is lower than on ground, following landing gear retraction. Avoid large differences for passenger comfort.
  1. FUEL : Fuel distribution, trim tank quantity, and CG.
  1. COND : Duct temperature, compared with zone temperature. Avoid large differences for passenger comfort.
  1. FLT CTL : Note any unusual control surface position.
  1. DOOR : Oxygen pressure.

Note: VLS, shown on the PFD, ensures a 0.3 g buffet margin. Therefore, no additional margin is necessary in cruise.
Monitor flight progress in the conventional way.
When overflying a (MANUALLY ENTERED) waypoint:
  • Check track and distance to the next waypoint.
  • Check the wind and update it if the current wind is significantly different.
When overflying the waypoint, or at least every 30 min check FUEL:
‐ Check FOB (ECAM) and fuel prediction (FMGC), and compare with the computerized flight plan or use the performance application of the EFB. ‐ Check that the sum of the fuel on board and the fuel used is consistent with the fuel on board at departure:
  • If the sum is unusually smaller than the fuel on board at departure, or if it decreases, suspect fuel leak. For more information about fuel leak, Refer to FCTM/PR-AEP-FUEL Fuel Leak.
  • If the sum is unusually greater than the fuel on board at departure, suspect a fuel quantity overread. For more information about fuel overread. FCTM/PR-AEP-FUEL Fuel Overread
CAUTION: This check must also be performed each time a FUEL IMBALANCE procedure is necessary. Perform the check before applying the FUEL IMBALANCE procedure. If a fuel leak is confirmed, apply the FUEL LEAK procedure.

Methods for checking accuracy:
  • If the check is positive (error ≤ 3 N.m): FM position is reliable. 如果检查结果好(误差 ≤ 3 N.m): FM位置可靠。 Use ND (ARC or NAV) and managed lateral guidance. 使用ND(ARC或NAV)和管理的横向引导。

TIME AND FUEL

The flight crew must record the ETA, ATA and fuel remaining on the computerized flight plan or flight log (if there is no computerized flight plan). 飞行机组在飞行中必须在计算机飞行计划或航行记录表(如无计算机飞行计划)上记录飞行时间(ETA、ATA)和剩余燃油数据。

WAYPOINT OVERFLIGHT RECORD AND FLIGHT CREW PROCEDURE 航路点飞越记录及机组程序

The flight crew may draw a short diagonal line / behind the TO waypoint; and another short diagonal line \ on the over flown waypoint to form a symbol ×, to indicate that that waypoint has been overflown. If an electronic flight plan is used,the time, altitude, fuel quantity and frequency should be recorded, and the changes of DIR TO, offset, and label should be reported when flying over a waypoint. 在飞行时,未飞的航路点的后画一斜线(/),表示预飞的下一个航路点;在飞越的航路点上再画一斜线(\),两个斜线相交叉(×),表示已飞越该航路点;如使用电子飞行计划,应在飞越一个航路点时,记录时间、高度、油量、频率及报告、直飞及偏置、标注等信息变化。

Follow specific procedure to report position to ATC when flying out of radar coverage area. 在非雷达管制区域应按规定程序向ATC 进行位置报告。

The FMGS engages the “soft altitude” (SOFT ALT) mode 2 min after the cruise flight level is captured and Mach stabilized. (SOFT ALT) mode allows the aircraft to deviate ± 50 ft from the target altitude to minimize the thrust variation and reduce the fuel consumption.
 If the FMA does not display ALT CRZ at the assigned flight level, soft altitude mode will not engage and the predictions will be computed at the preplanned flight level. This will occur when the ATC assigned flight level is lower than the preplanned flight level entered on the PROG page.
 If the FMA does not display ALT CRZ at the assigned FL (as may occur when the ATC-assigned FL is lower than the preplanned FL selected initially): PRESS the [PROG]. ENTER the current cruise flight level.
Note: If the current cruise flight level is above the preplanned FL, selecting the FCU updates it automatically.

CRUISE (CR) During cruise, the controller maintains cabin altitude at the level-off value, or at the landing field elevation, whichever is higher, but the cabin altitude target is limited to a maximum of approximately 8 000 ft. 在巡航过程中,控制器将座舱高度保持在改平时的高度或着陆机场标高,以较高者为准,但是座舱高度目标最大限制在8 000 ft左右。
If the descent or the approach phase is inadvertently activated (manual approach phase activation, for example), the flight crew may reselect a CRZ FL on the PROG page to reactivate the CRZ phase. 如果不小心启动了下降或进近阶段(如人工生效进近阶段),飞行机组可以在进程页面上重新选择巡航高度层来重新起动巡航阶段。

The REC MAX altitude is displayed on the PROG page. Anti-ice is not taken into account for this computation. Refer to QRH graphs if icing conditions are expected. 该计算不考虑防冰。如果预计有结冰条件,则参考QRH中的图表。 A maximum altitude using a 0.2 g buffet margin is also computed. CRZ WIND PAGE

The CRUISE WIND page allows the entry and display of predicted wind data (direction and velocity) for each cruise waypoint.
Until weight data is entered and predictions are computed, cruise winds may be entered at any waypoint that is not part of a SID, STAR or approach.
The CRZ WIND page also enables the definition of a temperature at a given altitude to refine the predicted temperature profile.
It is accessed from the CLIMB or DESCENT WIND page, or by pressing the WIND DATA prompt on the VERT REV page of a cruise waypoint. The flight crew can scroll from a cruise waypoint to the next one by using the MCDU scroll keys. Once the last cruise waypoint is reached, the “up arrow”slew key allows access to the first cruise waypoint. 爬升或下降风页面进入,或通过按下在巡航航路点的垂直修正页面上的风数据提示来进入。机组可使用MCDU的滚动键从一个巡航航路点滚动到下一个航路点。一旦最后一个巡航航路点到达后,“向上箭头”滚动键可以使页面进入第一个巡航航路点。
The flight crew can enter wind data for each cruise waypoint at up to four different altitudes. 机组可在每个巡航航路点最多输入4个不同高度的风数据。
Note: This set of four altitudes is defined for the whole cruise phase. Entering a new altitude at a cruise waypoint will remove the previous altitude from the computations. 这4个高度是针对整个巡航阶段定义的。在巡航航路点输入一个新的高度将从计算中清除前一个高度。

SOFT ALTITUDE MODE (CRUISE)

The soft altitude mode engages when the aircraft reaches the FCU altitude set as the cruise flight level (entered in the F-PLN or on PROG page). 当飞机到达被设置为巡航飞行高度层(在飞行计划或进程页面上输入)的FCU高度时,软高度方式接通。
The soft altitude mode corrects minor deviations from the Mach target by allowing a ±50 ft variation from the CRZ FL. This feature improves fuel efficiency and passenger comfort and minimizes the changes in thrust. 软高度方式允许与巡航飞行高度层有 ±50 ft的误差, 以修正与目标马赫的较小偏差。该特性改善了燃油功效,提高了旅客的舒适度,并将推力变化减至最小。

ENGINE-OUT IN CRUISE PHASE

  • ‐ The system sets the managed target speed to the higher of engine-out cruise Mach number or speed, or current speed. ‐ 系统将管理的目标速度设置到单发巡航马赫数/速度,或当前速度中较高的值。
  • ‐ “LVR MCT” (or MCT) flashes on the Flight Mode Annunciator. ‐ 飞行方式信号牌上“LVR MCT”(或MCT)闪亮。

Disconnecting the autothrust prevents an automatic setting of THR IDLE; therefore, the autopilot will fly the target speed in OP DES mode, with a thrust manually selected by the crew. 断开自动推力以防止其将推力置于慢车。因此,自动驾驶在OP DES方式时以目标速度飞行,机组人工选择推力。
When reaching the FCU-selected altitude, or whenever normal descent is resumed to a lower altitude, reengage the autothrust. 到达FCU选择的高度时,或任何时候正常的下降恢复到一个较低高度时,重新接通自动推力。
CHECK the MIN DEST FOB value on the FUEL PRED page. 在FUEL PRED页面检查MIN DEST FOB值。

    SPEED PRESELECTION

    If the flight is cleared for a close-in turn or close-in altitude constraint, the flight crew may preselect green dot speed on the PERF CLB page. Once the CLB phase is active, the preselected speed will be displayed in the FCU speed window and on the PFD (blue symbol). Once the turn is completed or the altitude cleared, the pilot will resume the managed speed profile by pressing the SPD selector on the FCU. 如果飞行被允许近距离转弯或近距离高度强制,机组可在PERF CLB页面上预选绿点速度。一旦爬升阶段生效,预选速度将会显示在FCU速度窗内和PFD上(蓝色符号)。一完成转弯或高度强制解除,飞行员可按压FCU上的SPD选择器来恢复管理速度剖面。
    Similarly the pilot may select a CRZ MACH number on the PERF CRZ page (constant CRZ Mach segment, for example). When the CRZ phase is active, the preselected CRZ MACH number will be displayed in the FCU speed window and on the PFD.
